4H PLEDGE
4-H Mission
The mission of today's 4-H is to help youth and volunteers in their development through experiential educational programs. It is accomplished through direct involvement of youth, adults, and the community.
4-H Vision
Indiana 4-H Youth Development strives to be the premier, community-based program empowering young people to reach their full potential.
4-H Philosophy
Because 4-H experiences serve as the building blocks for youth development, the more experiences the youth can do themselves the more the youth will benefit. It is expected that the member will manage riding, driving and lunging with assistance always acceptable if needed for safety or educational purposes.
